We have two shipping locations for fast delivery from FedEx or UPS. Your order will ship from either our California or Texas warehouse depending on your shipping address and or available inventory. Order usually ship within 24 hours of placing your order Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or major holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please keep in mind, shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed - delays may happen due to things like inclement weather, FedEx or UPS issues, customs delays, inventory shortages, or other acts beyond our control. However, we'll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed, we will email you your order status updates and tracking number email. You can always access our account online and view your order status and tracking details in the account you created during the checkout process.

Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please contact our Customer Service Team to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and schedule a pick-up. You must have the original packaging and the product must be in 100% resalable condition to receive a full refund or exchange. If the original packaging has been destroyed or thrown away, you are responsible for acquiring a new shipping box. Once we receive the return shipment, and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund, exchange or issue a store credit. Please allow 7 to 10 business after we receive the product for a refund to be issued.

Damage and Defective Products

We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and schedule a pick up for the damaged or defective product. We will gladly ship out a replacement product as soon as possible or issue a refund or store credit.
